I have followed the instructions for unlocking my Samsung phone, I get the 16 digit code.
The instructions then send you back to the page that has no other instructions and does not at all tell you how to unlock the phone.
I followed online instructions to get the unlock pin request up on the phone but the 16 digit code is not right for this? It now asks for a MCK code. How do I get this and how do I unlock the phone?
Also, EE update your instructions to not be useless!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems unlocking your phone.
Once you have received your code, that is the end of the online process.
To complete your unlock, just insert a SIM card from another network, then enter your unlocking code into your phone when prompted.

The same has happened to me.. the instructions are absolutely useless as you just get taken back to the same page every time.
On Thursday I was pushed backwards and forwards between EE and Tesco Mobile for almost 2.5 hours trying to unlock my phone and I'm still no further forward.
Tesco have sent a new Sim Card but the option to put in the Ee unlock code isn't there....
I'm close to throwing the phone through a window.

Hi, I have locked my Samsung s23 Plus due to be forgetting the unlock pattern. It is now saying i can't try again for another two hours.

You'll need to factory reset via your online Google account (find my device).

This last step (insert another SIM) should be included in the instructions. It’s not at all obvious.
