Unlock Phone from EE Network

MartyD2
Explorer

Hi Guys,

I want to use my old works phone (Samsung Galaxy A20e) which is linked to EE.

The old SIM is dead since I have now retired, I have the handset unlock code from EE.

When I put my current (non EE) SIM card in, the phone asks for it’s PIN which I enter which the phone accepts.

The phone then displays “SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.”

I have entered both the unlock code supplied by EE and my current SIM PUK code.

But the display shows unlock unsuccessful.

Grateful for any suggestions.

Regards  Marty

@MartyD2 : Enter the last 8 digits of the 16-digit unlock code. Then enter the 1st 8 digits. Then the complete lock code should work.
