Unlock Huawei P20

I have my unlock code but when I put my new sim into the phone and switch it on it just gives me the option to unlock or dismiss. The unlock button doesn't seem to work. Can anyone advise?

@Meadow71 You have to type the unlock code in to the phone dial keypad.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Katie

Yes I do, but when I click the unlock button nothing happens, the unlock button is unresponsive, so I'm unable to enter the code.

Look above the unlock button - click into that box and a keyboard should appear to allow you to enter the code, then the unlock button will work
