Hi I had 3 replacement Samsung s24 and had screen issues with everyone, has anyone had issues this phone won't take my fingerprint. FIRST one speaker went, lines on screen and third one phone won't pic up my finger print 😑 I had to pay 100 quid through insurance I so unhappy I always had Samsung 🥲

If you've noticed a fault with an EE insurance replacement, I would definitely recommend getting back in touch with our team so we can run checks on this.
Depending on the amount of time that has passed since your last replacement, we may be able to replace this without the need for another claim, but they'll be best equipped to advise you of all your options.

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your phone, as this isn't what we'd expect to hear. Did you report the issues you were having to our Technical team, or did you make a claim with our insurance team for a damaged device?

The first one was through the insurance and the second and third through ee, now the new one my fingerprint print keeps not working. 🥲
