Smart Watch from different network

Recently purchased a S24 Ultra on pay monthly contract with EE but for some reason I can't add a smart watch to my monthly bill.
I was previously on Three and can get a Galaxy Watch 6 on pay monthly plan. Could I still use this new watch on a Three plan with my S24 ultra which is on EE?

@ZD_2024 You can link it via Bluetooth to your device but that’s all. It’ll not link at account level so if your leave the phone at home the watch will not ring.
Do you have this watch already?
If not get the watch from EE it’s then linked at account level to receive calls/texts that are sent to your phone.
If you don’t have it I’ll be surprised if three even sell you this because it cannot be linked at account level to a device.
