Unlocking old huawei p30 pro phone

Im trying to unlock my old huawei p30 pro to pass on to a family member, got as far as getting my unlock code but when i click the link forvthe next step it just asks for my IMEI again. Am i being stupid and missing something incredibly obvious?

Welcome to the community.

Once you enter the IMEI, it should let you know the lock status. Could you try doing it on a different device or browser please?

I have this exact same problem, tried different devices and also tried the getting further instructions emailed?

If you already have your unlock code, just insert a SIM from another network into your phone and enter the code when prompted.
