Ok.
Bought a brand new phone today (S20 ultra 5g (Brand new phone)
Put my EE sim card in and i cannot make calls browse the internet or even contact EE to sort out the problem.
I get a message on phone saying sim 1 not allowed.
When i move my EE sin into sim slot 2 it works but this means i cannot put my micro sd card in.
When i go into sim settings in sim one it shows EE sim but will not allows calls texts anything what so ever.
any help please?

Hi @karlgixer,
If one of the SIM slots isn't working, I'd recommend returning the phone to the store you purchased it from.
