Screen on flip5 problem

After having device only 6 months I did update on software today and after updat around 7pm 24 March 24 the screen has stop responding and also have lines running down it . Not been dropped and been in a case since day1 

 

Any one any ideas. Booked into see Ee

Thanks for coming here. 

I am sorry to hear this has happened. 

Are you booked into a local store for this to be looked at?

Have you tried rebooting your device?

Yes ee Store has it , yes did a reboot and factory reset some how it made it worse the factory reset

Did they say what the next steps would be, @Add90?

sent off for repair, at repair centre now awaiting parts, hopefully it covered by manufactures warranty , just awaiting out come hopefully find out more information tomorrow

It's now awaiting parts so going to be delayed no update if its through warranty or anything else as yet
