Hello,
My S23 is no longer charging via plug. I've cleaned it out, changed the plugs, cables and tried multiple points of access. It is charging via USB and through a powerbank, albeit slowly.
I've had the phone less than a year, is there anything I can do via EE to get this sorted?

@Winnie90 , Are you using the original plug and charger from the manufacture?

Yes, I've been using original plug and cables. Tried multiple others too.
