Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra - Free Watch?

Can I confirm this promotion is still running? I purchased an s25 ultra sim free today and it said on the site that I’ll get a free watch (see screenshot) but have heard nothing. 

The text is still on the website now.

 

I might also point out that it’s the only reason I purchased via EE and paid more than  going to Samsung direct.

Hi @Alex_M,

I am sorry but unfortunately the offer through Samsung is only valid on purchases made up to 6th March 2025 and so your order would not qualify. I apologise for the information not being up to date, it looks like the website was updated but it is still showing in the app. I have reported this so it can be updated.

I understand as you mention that you may not want to go ahead with the order now, I am not sure if it has been dispatched yet, but our electronics team on 0800 0790 062 can help cancel the order or request it be returned to have it cancelled.

That’s terrible. Upon looking closer the phone description and specs pages also show a special offer for getting double storage for the same price too.

 

Come on EE, employ someone to check this stuff. I can’t be the only customer who has purchased this phone expecting to receive a free watch, luckily for me I thought I’d check here on the community as somebody posted a link and it said that the offer expired two days ago!

I’ve just called to cancel, and I’ll buy the phone from Samsung direct, which is £200 cheaper anyway.
