Samsung Galaxy A15 - Wi Fi calling

I am trying to set up wi fi calling and it’s not showing as an option

Did you purchase the phone from EE direct?

Can you post a screenshot of the options where you think WiFi-calling should be?

Yes I purchased it from EE

Have you looked in the phone app settings? Samsung phones tend to hide it away there, and not in network settings.

There may be slight variations between Android versions, but that's not where my Galaxy shows WiFi-calling. It's under Phone > Settings > WiFi-calling. (I think you're looking under Network Connections)
