Samsung Flip Z 3 experiencing screen black outs

Hi everyone, I started experiencing my phone restarting or shutting down randomly when i opened or closed my flip phone.

It's got to the point where ive done everything Samsung has said, ive even factory reset it and the problem is still occuring.

Seems like there is a problem with the hardware.

Is anyone else experiencing this - it's very annoying as i dont have another phone to go by.

Hiya

Im just going through EE to see if they can help as I read EE also repairs on behalf of the manufacturer?

Ive been through with Samsung and done all the troubleshooting steps they mentioned all the way to factory reset.

I have my flip phone OPEN now all the time to avoid the screen going black!
