Samsung AO5s frozen

Any tips to unlocked a frozen Samsung AO5s please. Won't switch off, tried taking SIM out and have fully charged.

Could you try pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it please?
