Hi, I have S23 Ultra bought from Saudi Arabia (international version), SM-S918B/DS.
The screen has broken, can I replace it at EE repair centre in Leeds?

Hi @Diaaeldin
Yes but likely not under warranty as the warranty is not EU on that handset.
You can try your luck and they might not pick up on it.
Thanks

It wouldn't come under warranty if it's damaged but they should be able to give you a repair quote.

@rkelly1 depends on what “broken screen” actually means. It could mean a physical break or could mean something else entirely. A cracked screen or smashed screen it’s covered by warranty. Broken could easily mean it does work and warranty will cover it.

Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
Sorry for the confusion, I meant cracked screen. I am asking as I tried to ask in the repair centre in Leeds, but the reception guy did not let me in when I said the phone is bought from abroad, I tried to convince him to let me ask the engineer / technician, but he insisted that it will not be repaired! However when I called EE online support they said the receptionist is not entitled of giving such decision, and advised me to book an appointment again, but the only available slot will be next Tuesday, so I wanted to know if it worth waiting or just fix it elsewhere.
Thank you.

@Diaaeldin You have two options go and see what they say ( not the receptionist lol ) if they can they will and you’ll be given a price to fix it or try elsewhere.

Thank you,
I went today; they said they can not fix it, again!
