Hi @Rocky001

Contact Samsung repairs or EE repair

Youll likely need to pay for a new battery as it sounds like it has reached the end of its life.

Thanks

@Rocky001  It depends how much you’ve been charging it for.    The more you charge a phone the more life you take out of the battery.       If it’s getting hot that’s the battery that’s being over worked and draining fast so getting hot.   The device needs to be looked at if it’s getting to the point you can not hold it.

Thanks for letting me know @Rocky001

Your phone would still be in warranty, so I'd recommend speaking with one of our technical guides.

You'd just need to call 150 then options 1, 3 then 1

The other option is to get a Samsung mobile repair booked. Mobile as in they come to your chosen work or residence and repair the phone in their van. I had a repair through the service and it cost me nothing, and only took the repairman about 40 minutes or so.
