Hi All,

I have an issue and I have been informed that I would need to get EE to help.

I had a phone on EE contract. I bought the phone from Samsung. My contract ended with EE this year. The wife and I were on way to manchester to visit a friend of hers and I had the phone which we were going to give her. Now, Some how we lost it, possibly at a service area.

I have been told i would have to go to my last service provider to get the IMEI blocked. I had erased and reset the phone so tracking with apps are off the cards.

Does any of you or tec guys know if this is correct and if so who do i contact>

Thanks.
