Have an S22 ultra which says to many login attempts. Locked out, new phone and EE sais I have to speak to Samsung, think they need to except responsibility. No way of unlocking

You'll have to wait and the device will let you back in. You've likely touched the screen or something in your pocket has touched the screen. It locks you out for 5 then 20 mins...

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
