S22 restarting due to WiFi

_TheApeVine_

Afternoon,

I've had a Samsung S22 for just over a year with EE and it's started to restart every time it connects to WiFi.

Seems to work fine on mobile data, when you connect to a WiFi signal the battery drain goes through the roof and the phone restarts itself.

It's been updated to the latest version, and ideas?

Cheers

Hi @_TheApeVine_

  • Run device care under settings
  • Clear the system cache
  • Ensure your phone and apps are updated.

Do you have this issue with all WiFi networks or just one.

Have you tried a factory reset.

Thanks
