I have a Google Pixel 6a (From EE) and i was thinking about rooting it however a thought popped in my mind, would this violate my insurance/warenty plan or possibly lead to any extra charges?

Hi @TecheyBoyY

Yes although the warranty maybe out of date by now. You'll need to check your insurance terms and conditions.

You'll also find many financial/banking apps wont work.

Thanks
