HI , 

I NOW HAVE MY SAMSUNG PHONE BACK FROM BEING REPAIRED BY EE .

NOW THE PHONE  ALWAYS ASKS FOR A PASSWORD BEFORE OPENING . BEFORE IT WENT AWAY IT DIDN,T NEED THIS PROCESS ?

It sounds like your phone needs a PUK to be unlocked. Are you able to view this in your online account?
