Have just got this phone and it won't find my van when trying to connect bluetooth. Have seen online many people with this issue and there seems to be no fix. Any ideas before I return the phone?

Hi @Kirk890 

Have you updated your van media firmware. Most people don't update their car media software but this is normally the issue. It couud also bee the Bluetooth is outdated on your van. 

What make of van do you have.
