How do you contact EE if your phone will not connect to a network from abroad

Do you have any data remaining if you check your balance in My EE?

Hi James. I’m not sure if I understood the question. I purchased E voucher like always. I topped up the phone with £40. Then I sent a text with 6MONTHWEB to 441. I had a text for buying the Booster. My phone is on roaming. Data 3G. I have 4G as well. I started using the internet - google, viber and messenger with no problem for 2 hours. After that the only thing that is working is the messenger but only the chat and no photos or emoticons. Calls are not working. Viber is not working. Internet is not working. I don’t watch stuff on phone. My phone is iphone 7 if it matters.

That's an old T-Mobile plan, with a fair usage allowance of 500MB per month. Could you have reached this limit?

James, no, I don’t think so. I only used the chat on messenger and viber and opened few google pages to read. If this is an old plan, why the money was taken out, got the text and then I could use the internet? I didn’t even know there is another plan I can use. I’ve been using the Internet booster for years, but  I am in Bulgaria for few years now and I still want to use it. I can’t afford to get a new voucher now. Is there a solution at all for this?(

I think the best thing to do here is speak to our Mobile Care team either from a different phone or through a VOiP service, such as Skype. Once you get through they'll be able to check everything and advise you further.
