How do you contact EE if your phone will not connect to a network from abroad.

I want help from EE not the community but I can't see how to contact

Have you previously been able to use your phone abroad?

What happens when you try manually select an available network?

I have added roaming bundle.
I am in US.
Available networks show up but none are working for data call or texts
I had a similar problem when last abroad

Hi @David2200

Did you activate roamaing before leaving the UK?

This could have been done by texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call.

Hello! Today I bought Internet Booster for £40 but it worked for 2 hours only! Now I can only use the messenger, no viber or internet. I’m in Bulgaria and I had no problems before. What shall I do? How do I contact you? If it’s 150 is it free of charge as I have not much money left on phone as I’m on a voucher. Thanks
