My phone has locked me out and will not accept my pin,

@ADM60  There is no bypass to get in to your device.      If you don’t remember or enter the correct passcode then you’ll have to factory reset it and if you don’t have a backup of your device you’ll loose everything on it if you reset it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

hi there

following my last question., I still cant unlock my phone, it wont accept my passcode. i have tried to get an app to unlock my phone but i cant pay for it as i cant get on my bank. i need to know how to do a factory reset. bearing in mind i cant get on my test messages. i would be grateful if anyone has a solution as we are on holiday and need a phone.
