Phone going straight to voicemail

I've learned from a friend via WhatsApp that my phone is going straight to email, despite me not changing any settings. Any ideas why that might happen, and how to stop it? Samsung phone.

What kind of phone are you using? Have you tried restarting it?

Is it possible that you have your phone in 'do not disturb' mode?
