I upgraded to Samsung s26 ultra and received email confirmation but I can't track the order. Order number doesn't work. What shall I do?

Once stock is assigned to your order, you'll be notified, and then DPD will be in touch to set your delivery date and timeslot. I'd suggest downloading the DPD app to track the progress.
