My Oppo A54S turned itself off during two calls, so I decided to reset it but when I did my usual 4 digit passcode changed to a 6 digit passcode… the only way I’ve found to get back in is by calling Oppo customer services, but that is going to wipe all my information… has anyone else had this issue that could help?
