We had a samsung flip 3 which went to a ee repair centre called sbe global service on the 9th march they apparently sent my handset back with dpd on the 14th of march and got told it as been lost or gone missing still not got it contacted the store and the store manager says she asnt the authority to honor a like for like handset but I'm being told by ee customer retentions that she can any info where we stand would be grateful as getting no where and are now considering contacting ombudsman or even court

I'm really sorry to hear this has happened.
If you sent the phone to the repair centre through the store, you'd need to contact the store about the next steps. The store manager will need to help you with this.
