Not able to use for calls

For the past 6 wks I have been unable to use my phone to make calls , it either doesn't connect when making or receiving a call or when it connects the person the other end can hear me but I can not hear them . I know , from both my locality and the ee shop , that is a problem new to the area I live . I've been patient,  I first popped into the shop after about 2 wks and I popped in again a fortnight ago. I was told several people had complained,  try this and try that . I tried it all .I'm still not able to use my phone , at all  ,within a couple of mile radius of home and even its not reliable.  Any help gratefully received. Thanks.

The first line check here is to report the problem via the online status checker, if it's not recognised already. Use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  - every affected user should follow this.

That should be followed up by calls to CS on 150 if unresolved.

Thanks for your reply  . I have tried this , it shows as no problem then when I click on " report a problem " I get this every time .

Hi @CMoore123

Do you have your mobile phone linked to your EE Online profile?

Chris

Why are you checking your Broadband status when you have an Android phone? You should be checking mobile network status.
