Hello,

My mobile isn't always vibrating on calls. Other times it starts vibrating then stops. Any ideas?

Profile settings would be found in Settings (the cog) > Sounds and Vibrations > and check each of the options.

If it's only specific contacts that you have the vibrations with you can go into your contacts list > select the contact that doesn't vibrate > Edit > View More > check the "call vibration" option.

Or if its only at certain times, eg after 9pm, you'd need to check Modes and Routines if you have Sleep mode activated.

If you need to reset all settings, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Hi @5albertsquare

Have you tried checking your profile settings?

If they look correct, the first step would be to go into the main settings of the device, and reset all settings.

Should that not work, you may need to fully reset your device, though you should make sure you back up all your content first!

Alternatively, please call customer service on 150 who will go through a diagnostics with you 🙂
