Hello, I need to unlock my mobile device to use another operator but the EE webpage isn't working - the error is on EE end ''Sorry something went wrong on our end. Please enter your IMEI again or come back later'' (https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock). I am in France now and can't call without paying a lot of charges. Is there a way to fix it / contact EE via email/message? I know my IMEI and I got a pay as you go account with EE. Thanks.

Thanks for coming to the community.
What device are you using?
Have you tried another network SIM in the device to see if this is already unlocked?
Leanne 🙂

Hi @Leanne_T
I am using a Huawei P8 Lite 2017. It is with a new sim card from another operator that I noticed that the phone was locked by EE (I bought the phone with EE). But their webpage to unlock the phone and get the NCK code isn't working. https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock
Would you be able to advise how to fix this or how I can contact EE via email or message?
Thanks, Pauline

Sorry we have no email address to contact us, you can find ways to contact us including a message us option on the Mobile phone (ee.co.uk) page when available.

This unlock website has not been working for quite a while.
Furthermore, without any detailed instructions, it is very difficult to unlock a phone.
Therefore, I used an expensive external service to unlock my EE mobile phone.
But at least, it is unlocked now.
I wouldn't bother anymore with EE helping you with that. There is not really an option to contact EE, unless you submit a complaint.
To save you the hassle, I would use a paid service for unlocking.
