You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

@Beauty21 The PUK is to unlock the sim because you have entered the wrong sim pin more than 3 times so the sim is locked until you enter the PUK which is available via your EE online account

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
