Took my phone to my local EE store as in warranty only had since September, the store manager and tech expert both said it was in excellent condition no marks or dents.
But now the repair centre say I have done the damage and sent pictures and it has more damage and a hinge missing on the fold line.
They want £319 for this repair, spoken to the store manager and I now have to wait for a response as he said the pictures of the damage was not on phone when it was sent.
Needs sorting .
