I upgraded my phone less than a month ago and the handset will not switch on. I noticed when I first got it that when i would put it on charge it would say it was going to take 7 hours to get a full charge. I put that down to me using my old samsung wire, but when I began using my google one it made no difference. Today i had it on charge and it wasn't actually charging it, It was just maintaining the charge. When I took it off charge it died and now it will not switch back on. Can EE exchange the handset as it is within 30 days. I cannot see what my legal rights are after the 14 day cooling off period. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need to report the fault to EE CS in the first instance, was the phone purchased via online/telesales? Or was it in an retail store?

CS are on 0800 0798586 from any working phone. It doesn't need to be an EE one, or a mobile.
Also check for a local repair store on https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs

Thanks a lot! It has now come back on, but is saying it will take 7 hours to fully charge. I don't understand why It would take that long.
