Hi - I want to move 15 mobile users from O2 to EE but there is one sticking point. We all have existing Samsung devices which we bought from O2, and which are currently successfully using wifi calling. EE are saying that once we move, they cannot guarantee that wifi calling will work on any devices which have not been bought directly from EE. All of the devices are currently available to buy from EE.
We obviously don't want to replace 15 perfectly good mobiles - can anyone tell me whether there is anything which will prevent them from successfully using wifi calling after we move? Is this just a ploy by EE to get us to buy more devices from them?
TIA

Hi @Josyoung
Welcome to the Community!
We'd love to have you join our network, and I can confirm that as long as a phone is WiFi Calling compatible, then you will be able to use this feature on our network, regardless of where you purchased your device.
I am sorry for any confusion you've had before now.
