Hi 

There I was wondering if anybody has some advice and support regards to adding mobile insurance to my phone contract, I am deaf & wear hearing aids so I struggle so much over the phone but does EE have a link I can apply online?

@David7821   Please read THIS  also depending on how long you’ve had this device for you might not be able to get insurance through EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you recently upgraded or taken a new line with EE?

Insurance needs to be applied at the point of sale or upgrade. 

Please give us a call on 150 so our team can provide you with your options.
