@Chris_B cheers Chris for reply. Think issue I have is it was a business phone and they only gave me last 8 digits. I have asked them to provide rest now 🤞

@Roydo   Was that business account in your name ?  Only the business account owner can request the unlock code.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Nabz1310

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have the unlock code from us?

If so, have you tried this great advice from @Chris_B posted in this thread?

1. Retrieve the device lock code which EE gave you. It should be 16 numbers in length.

2. Enter the last 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).

3. Once you get past that screen, enter the first 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).

4. You should now be able to access the contents of your phone.

5. Restart your phone.

Leanne 🙂

It really does work.
