I just tried to enter an unlock code for several times after it failed to accept my unlock code... and ask to enter MCK code. What is the MCK code? thanks

You are a STAR for posting this fantastic info. The "emailed instructions" should include this simple process but that is useless as it doesn't tell the user these simple steps. Your process worked perfectly (twice) as have been going crazy trying to unlock devices for my grandkids.

Hi it says we need a mck code? How to do I get this EE gave me unlock code but it didn’t work now phone is locked ?

Hi @Chantellec28,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you have a 16 digit unlock code, the first 8 digits of the number are the network unlock code, the last 8 digits are the MCK/unfreeze code. So if it is asking for the MCK enter the last 8 digits and that should work. Then if it asks for the network unlock code enter the first 8 digits only.
