MCK code

I just tried to enter an unlock code for several times after it failed to accept my unlock code... and ask to enter MCK code. What is the MCK code? thanks

Thanks for this information been on the phone to ee to get phone unlocked after i got the same message phone locked. I followed your details of putting the last 8 numbers first getting the second message and then putting the first number 8 numbers in and voila it worked. 😁😁

1. Retrieve the device lock code which EE gave you. It should be 16 numbers in length.

2. Enter the last 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).

3. Once you get past that screen, enter the first 8 numbers (from the 16 digit number provided by EE).

4. You should now be able to access the contents of your phone.

5. Restart your phone.
