@Richma2517  Live chat is available via the EE app under help.   It’s only available to contract customers.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is your app up to date? Are you able to try deleting and uninstalling it and see if that helps?
