Keypad not working

When I ring a call centre the numbers on my keypad aren't working to choose options, also to delete/repeat voicemails? Any suggestions please

There are a couple of specific menu options you need to enable on Android phones for this to work. The steps are explained on this Samsung support page, which are replicable on my A-series devices.

Thank you but both settings are correct on my phone and its still not
working only started since update a couple of days ago

Thanks for checking, @Gav70. Could you try restarting your device please? Does the same thing happen when you call your voicemail?

It was to do with the Samsung keyboard not being switched on as far as I
can see
