I'vee had nothing but stride trying to actually log in to t he website and app. Finally sorted it. I'm looking to upgrade as my battery Pixel 7a is shocking, but the websites saying there's no upgrade options! Never known that. Any ideas?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you’re eligible to upgrade but aren’t seeing any options when you log in, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser, and make sure your app is fully up to date to see if that helps.
If you still don’t see any upgrade options, I’d recommend giving our customer support team a call. They’ll be able to access your account, check your contract dates, and go through the options available to you.
