@paulbooth6  text upgrade to 150 too find out if you can upgrade.   If you want to speak with customer support you need to call.  This is a public forum not customer support.

I have an iPhone but want to see if I can avail myself of the Samsung offer
with chrome book? My I phone contract finishes in October I really want to
speak to someone about it? I see O2 have the same offer. I was with them
previously so switching back is not a problem??
