My main contract is for an Apple phone and I also have a Samsung tablet on my plan.
I recently lost access to Notes and to Penup after the device updated.
Can I get technical support for this device through EE, or do I have to go to Samsung?

If it relates to the software on the device after an update, it would be Samsung who could advise on this as they issue the updates.
