Morning mate, I was having issues with claiming my Galaxy bud3 as well, not long got off the phone with EE,
If you have received your voucher code follow the link on the message and it will take you to store.ee.co.uk where you need to make a store account takes 2 mins to create once you have done this add the buds to the basket add your voucher code and the value will go to zero and then you can place your order.
