Where do I go to make a complaint my pixel phone has stopped charging and the battery lasts 5 mins yet they won't repair it as it has a chip on the screen ,

Who is "they" who won't repair your phone?

It's becase removing the screen with the chip will damage the screen. 

Is this an insurance or warranty claim?

Yeah I've heard you have to take the screen off to get at the charging port
,why should have to pay money for there bad design

@Doober51 , EE do not make the phones, they just sell them. Have you contacted the company that makes Pixel Phones?

@Doober51  They will repair it if you pay for a new screen. Because it has a chip in the screen if that breaks the screen  more on removing it to access the charging port you need to pay for a new screen.  All repairs are fixed not just what you want fixed.  It’s almost impossible to remove a screen that’s damaged without causing more damage to it.   The chipped screen isn’t covered by a warranty repair as you caused that damage.  You can make a complaint HERE but you’ll not get the screen replaced for nothing as a damaged/chipped screen it’s covered by warranty.  That’s what insurance is for.

I didn't want the screen replaced it was not causing me a problem didn't
even know it was damaged until I took the screen protector off , just
wanted the battery and the charger port replaced as they don't work after
only 6 months of use to quality product ,I will just have to put up with it
as I can't afford a new screen getting insurance for it was just a waste of
money as they pick and choose what they pay out on . The big companies
don't give a crap about the working man
