Free Pixel Watch With Pixel 7 Pro - Selling

I received a free Pixel Watch with my new phone.

Due to already owning a watch I do not require it and it is still sealed and boxed.

Is there any reason I could not sell this watch? I.e is it in anyway linked to my ee account etc?
