Fold accessory pack

I received the accessory pack today but there is a mysterious metal clip looking thing with what looks like pins in it, its my first fold so not sure what it is or for

I managed to find it by using Google photo search and it's replacement s
pen nibs and the tool to remove then lol. Thanks for the reply it was
driving me mad
