I wonder if anybody else has had similar. I switched to EE after 16 years with O2. Went for a sale pitch honour magic fold phone(do not get) after3 months started having problems tried to report it but no reply, I then started getting lines across the fold screen the phone is unusable and I've tried to get it swapped but EE don't reply to messages apparently. The same sales guy who told me this was an amazing phone never heard a problem with it no fold lines (a big lie) also offered me. PS5 I didn't realise as it was explained there was a huge monthly bill with this PS5 that makes the payments become twice the actual price or a PS5, I was told it was. Gift as part of the bundle not a tech pack with a huge cost, I don't use ps5 and don't play games really soninwould.never said yes to this if it had been explained. After years with O2 I feel I have been hoodwinked into an unusable phone wish I had stuck to Samsung's. Please EE help sort this out.
