EE Website not letting me Unlock Phone

Hey Guys, I've been trying for a while to unlock my phone on EEs website where it says unlock phone. And every time I try it, it just says try later.

Anyone know what to do.

Welcome to the EE Community

A Samsung S20 sold by us should have been sold unlocked, have you tested another network SIM in it to see if it is definitely locked?

If it is locked and you are unable to complete it online it will need to be referred to our unlocking team. Give us a call on 150 from an EE SIM or 07953 966 150 from any number and one of our guides can raise the request for you to have the phone unlocked.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It was originally bought from Car phone warehouse before they dissolved their partnership.

@NWillmott It may still be unlocked already if you test it with another network SIM, that may be why the online unlocking is not working.

However as I say if it is still locked one of our team will be able to request it be unlocked for you.
